Client Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-site retail and forecourt operator managing more than 70 petrol station locations across the UK, with head office operations based in Wales. Each site operates a small back-office environment and relies heavily on printing and scanning to support daily trading activity, supplier invoicing, and centralised reporting.
With ambitious plans to significantly increase the number of locations over the coming years, the client required a print solution that could scale easily, improve cost visibility, reduce operational friction, and remove the support burden from a very small internal IT function.
tHE cHALLENGE
Before engaging iNREACH, the client’s print environment was fragmented, inefficient, and costly to manage.
Key challenges included:
These issues resulted in wasted time, delayed invoice processing, rising operational costs, and increasing frustration across both site teams and head office.
Discovery & Print Audit
Traditional print audits rely heavily on historical usage data, which was not available due to the client’s decentralised supplier model. iNREACH therefore adopted a consultative and pragmatic discovery approach.
Working closely with the client, iNREACH:
This ensured the final solution was correctly sized, future-proof, and financially transparent from day one.
Solution Design

Sustainability Programme
As part of the solution, iNREACH partnered with Treeapp to offset the environmental impact of the client’s print usage.
Based on projected lifetime print volumes, iNREACH committed to planting over 500 trees. The client receives satellite imagery, annual progress updates, and full transparency over reforestation activity.
Implementation & Delivery
The nationwide rollout was delivered using a carefully structured, low-disruption deployment model.
To minimise impact on trading operations:
Despite the scale of the project, all installations were completed on time and within budget.
